Questions, answered
Do I have to film or be on camera?
No. Photos of your work are enough to start. For reels, we write a short voiceover script from your week and you read it into a voice memo. Your face never has to be in it.
Can I send videos too?
Yes, and your reels will be even better for it. Short, hands-only clips of 5 to 15 seconds work best: an application, a reveal, a close-up of the finished look. We send you a simple shot list, and showing your face is always optional.
Will it sound like me?
Your consultation and onboarding call shape a voice guide. You approve everything before it posts.
Does it work with my booking app?
Yes. We send clients to the booking link you already use, whether that's GlossGenius, Booksy, Vagaro or another, and we collect reviews wherever yours already live.
What if a client asks something unusual?
Anything outside your approved answers comes straight to you. We never guess on prices, allergies or policies.
How much time does it take me?
About ten minutes a week: send photos, read your script if your package includes reels, and approve the batch.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
The $197 one-time fee covers everything we build before your first post: a voice guide so captions sound like you, templates styled in your brand colors, your review system set up where your clients already book, your account connections, and for Signature and Luxe, your DM answer library (prices, policies, deposits and your booking link). It's waived for founding clients.
Is there a contract?
A 3-month minimum, then month to month. You own all your content.
